In the event that your checked-in luggage has not arrived or it has been damaged during transport you can use the services of the baggage claim office immediately upon arrival where the complaint will be resolved with you immediately.

Have you luggage wrapped in foil to protect it from possible damage during transport. The service is available in the public part of the terminal two hours before the scheduled departure.

Price: 100 CZK (5 EUR, 5 USD) per item
